Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Looking at photos submitted by Realself users is a far cry from an in person physical examination. Your photos show residual fatty stores and irregularities that suggest relative skin excess, loss of skin support, and likely some post surgical scarring. The reality is that to obtain an improvement you will need an abdominoplasty and more liposuction. I'm sure this comes as a surprise, but it is unfortunately very likely. Go to a few surgeons with good reputations for being honest and excellent in their craft.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these limited view photos, you did have fat reduction liposuction of a limited area. Your frontal photos shows excess fat on your waist/hips and upper/lower abdomen with significant excess fat and liposuction irregularities in the horizontal direction. To get the best athletic and youthful abdomen, the surgeon has to approach the torso in 3D and reveal the underlying muscles (partially, especially in females). This is done as an outpatient surgery under deep intravenous sedation anesthesia. You cannot expect significant skin tightening from limited liposuction areas, discontinuous areas or liposuction under local anesthesia only.

Liposuction under local where the patients are stood up during the procedure can really prevent irregularities and help tighten up the skin a lot by adding bodytite and morpheus at the same time. From the photos, you still need more lipo done.

Your abdominal skin lacks support and is loose. An examination if required to be sure, but from your description of the bumps going away with pulling on your skin I think the only way to remove them is to remove the excess skin. That would mean an abdominoplasty, Good luck.

Based on the series posted photos I recommend options. Either non surgical injections in multiple sessions of combination of Radeisse/Sculptra (4 vials per sessions @$2,500/sessions). Good skin elasticity is a primary requirement for a good liposuction result. Contrary to your own assessment of your "good elasticity," the fact is that you do not have good skin elasticity. The reason may be the rapid removal of fat by liposuction, or the continued weight loss, or, more likely both. (And we don't know your child bearing or pregnancy history, which may be contributory as well). At any rate, there are some newer skin tightening technologies available that can help the issue. Otherwise, you might be facing a tummy tuck once you complete your weight loss. Good luck!

It looks like you have loss of skin elasticity of your abdomen.
It would be important to know what other variables are part of your history in order to make a good assessment. Previous pregnancies and weight loss are first and foremost in creating skin laxity of the abdomen.
The only realistic procedure for getting tight skin on your abdomen is a tummy tuck.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with local plastic surgeons in your community.
