Bad resulta after liposuction. What should I do?

I would advise you to consult and have an open discussion with your original surgeon. A revision can be necessary. If you remain dissatisfied after discussing your concerns with your initial surgeon, it might be beneficial to seek a second opinion from another qualified and experienced plastic surgeon. They can provide an independent evaluation of your situation and offer alternative treatment options or recommendations.

You did not post photos, so I recommend seeing another surgeon and discussing your concerns and options.

Without posting photos the only option is in person or virtual consult with.... boarded plastic surgeons. Guess lesson learned is 'out of country' surgeries can have issues. Expect revison fees from $8,000+++

To make an assessment on the plastic surgery procedure we need to see before and after pictures. Liposuction should be considered a permanent and irreversible procedure. Correcting poorly done Liposuction is difficult and the amount of improvement possible depends on your candidacy for the procedure in the first place and how the procedure was performed.
Improving outcomes is often difficult. This is especially true if somebody was not a good candidate for Liposuction in the first place, or if the procedure was done aggressively.
Consider re-posting with a complete set of before and after pictures.
I do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures, and definitely do not recommend people travel to other countries for surgery.
Revision Liposuction is far more difficult than primary Liposuction. The importance of choosing the right provider cannot be overstated.
