I have 235 low-plus (responsive) for 3 yrs and never thought they were full enough. I bfed a few kiddos so I wanted volume back. I'm planning a revision and want my breasts to look similar as they are now just MORE full. I still do not want to swing too big for me. My BWD is 12. Would 385 full soft touch be enough? Was debating between 385/415 full or 375/405mod. Will the increase from 235LP to 385 full profile be a nice, notable increase, esp with profile change? Or do I need to go 415?
Answer: Size Measurements are needed to determine what range of size is best for you. However, I would suggest going up in profile to at least moderate plus or high, or even ultra high. As you go larger in size, you profile may need to be higher to fit the base of your breast.

Answer: Implant size Dear Jess9912, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast revision Hello ! 385 full profile implants would already give you a notable increase. The high profile implant is relatively slimmer from side to side but has a more rounded appearance. This type of implant enhances the fullness and roundness in the upper part of the breast, but may result in less cleavage and a larger gap between the breasts. The shape of breast implants that is most frequently sought after is moderate profile, as it provides an ideal equilibrium between fullness and a natural appearance. Consult with a board certified surgeon well versed in breast revision. Best of luck, Randal Haworth ! I hope this helps, Best of luck ! Randal Haworth
