Is this a good result? Age 25, 415cc, HP implant, Allergan (Photos)

Thank you for your question. To really be able to answer your question thoroughly I would ask you what your ultimate goals are after surgery. In my practice, I like to have patient show me pictures of their ideal breast, and then based on the results of that would dictate what I would recommend. Looking at your pictures that you’ve posted it looks like your nipples are sitting low to me and a breast lift of some type might offer a significant improvement of our breast shape, and contour. In general, I think you have a good result for what was done but it does seem like your breast tissue swallowed up that 415 cc implant and your overall body size and width could certainly handle more implant depending on the kind of luck you’re looking for. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I believe that you need a lift to achieve the breast shape/mound that you are seeking. This is my own professional personal opinion.

Based on your pictures, it look like you would benefit from a NAC lift and - to reposition your nipple areolar complex which is pointing downwards - and a breast revision surgery with new implants positioned in a more central and symmetric way.

Just based on your photos, you need a lift. I don't suggest going larger for it may be too heavy on your frame and tissues.

The posted photos demonstrate an acceptable result but if you are so unhappy best to consider revision surgery. I would exchange to 500cc+ HP implants with bilateral donut lifts. Fee $10,000. Best to discuss with your original chosen surgeon or seek virtual consults with....
