A to D cup & feel my breasts aren't the results I wanted, what do I say to my surgeon to fix this? (Photos)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

An "E" cup is too large for you. The size looks good on you. I suspect you don't have a lot of tissue to work with. You were not specific about what you don't like, so please discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Remember, your surgeon has to work with your natural beast tissue that has been stretched and thinned with pregnancy. Also, you are still wearing your money on your chest.

I'm not sure what your are unhappy about??
Your breasts are very nice now with healing periareolar mastopexy scars (difficult to see well in the photos). While they are a bit lower than I like, they are still very attractive.
Did you want to be much larger? if so, I cannot comment if the larger implants (400cc ++) would have fit without being present during your procedure.
