Before surgery I was 32a cup, when breastfeeding (before surgery) I went up to a 34e cup! At my initial meeting with my surgeon I was lead to believe I couldn’t have any more than 355cc high profile implants now 5 months post op my breasts have dropped and fluffed in to place leaving me with a 34d cup bra! I am absolutely heartbroken that all my hard work to earn the money for my implants have been wasted. How and what should I say to my surgeon to fix this as I am not happy at all.

You do not have tuberous breasts, but you do have sagging. I would not suggest going up with large heavy implants for you will just sag again from the weight.
Measurements are needed to determine what range of size is best for you. However, I would suggest going up in profile to at least moderate plus or high, or even ultra high. As you go larger in size, you profile may need to be higher to fit the base of your breast.
