Brazilian butt lift too big: how to decrease size? (photos)

Question

Hello, I originally asked for. A skinny girl BBL, at first I loved it and after it fluffed, it fluffed! Super huge for my body profile and I want to know how to decrease my bbl

Emmanuel Mallol Cotes, MD · Answer

Thank you for your question. Based on the pictures what you recommend is butt reduction + butt reshape to improve the butt projection and giving you a more natural look. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.

Dear Fabulous702343,
I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Sorry for the overinflated buttock. Only option is lipo reduction of the buttock with specialized taping techniques. Fees from $6,500. Not many private practice or even clinic boarded Plastic Surgeons will take your case.

If you feel the BBL is too large, you may consider having liposuction to reduce the size

There are several non surgical options to decrease the projection of your BBL. However, it many take several treatments to achieve the desired result. External energy treatments can tighten the skin and reduce the fat. I would not recommend liposuction because the skin elasticity has changed with the fat augmentation and the result will be undesirable. Scheduled a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
