Answer: BBL There are several non surgical options to decrease the projection of your BBL. However, it many take several treatments to achieve the desired result. External energy treatments can tighten the skin and reduce the fat. I would not recommend liposuction because the skin elasticity has changed with the fat augmentation and the result will be undesirable. Scheduled a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
