Should I just give up or do you think there would be a doctor willing to do my BBL as long as I get my medical clearance?

Hello I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I am currently receiving remicade infusions and a low does of Prednisone 5 (mg) daily. It is very difficult for me to find a Dr that will even consider doing my BBL. Should I just give up or is there any Dr willing as long as I get my medical clearance. I can even stop my medication if needed. Thank you.

Dear vbarber79,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You would need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery, If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Please talk to your primary doctor to get clearance for plastic surgery and then I suggest you book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals.

While I am sure you will find a physician willing to take a chance and perform your procedure, I feel you should wait until your RA is better controlled and you are off at least the steroids.
