Can you tell me what this hard lump I got a week after surgery is? (Photo)

Because my doctor won't tell me and I'm scared to go back to him. I got a bbl exactly 6 months ago. Got a bbl 6 months ago. Got this lump a week after surgery but i thought it would go down with all the fajas and the swelling going down but no my doctor has been draining it every 3 weeks and now it feels very hard. It feels like I have a softball in my buttcheek.
