Are Abdominal Cramps Years After Tummy Tuck Normal?

Hi: I had a tummy tuck over 10 years ago, I have gained about 10-15 pounds after my TT, but my stomach for the most part still remains flat. My question is: are having cramps still common years after TT? I get random cramps whenever I exert myself as far as abdominal exercises, sneezing extremely hard or after sex. My stomach tenses for a minute or two with a sharp cramp and once I stretch and breath it out, the cramp is usually gone within 1-3 minutes, rarely does it last longer. Is this normal

Cramping can be related to several causes.  As yours are random and not severe there doesn't seem to be anything to worry about.  Schedule a physical with your primary care doctor to make sure all bloodwork is normal, drink plenty of water and be sure to eat a healthy, balanced diet.

Thank you for your question and photos.
A tummy tuck can remove loose, excess skin and fat, and tighten weak fascia. A tummy tuck can also remove stretch marks and excess skin in the lower abdomen below the bellybutton. However, a tummy tuck won't correct stretch marks outside of this area.
If you've previously had a C-section, your plastic surgeon might be able to incorporate your existing C-section scar into your tummy tuck scar.
A tummy tuck can also be done in combination with other body contouring cosmetic procedures, such as breast surgery. If you've had fat removed from your abdomen (liposuction), you may decide to have a tummy tuck because liposuction removes tissue just under the skin and fat but not any excess

It is unusual to have cramps post abdominoplasty.  I am wondering if it has anything to do with the surgery at all.  While tightening the fascia (tissue just above the abdominal muscles) can cause undue circumstances, cramping is very unusual (especially so far post-op).
