I am not sure about the USA, but here in the UK and generally in Europe some manufacturers measure their implants in cc (a measure of volume), and others in grams (a measure of weight). Specifically, Allergan uses grams.There is no direct and easy conversion between the two units, because the volume of one gram of silicone gel depends on the density of the specific type of gel. Trying to give you a rough idea, one gram is slightly smaller, in volume, than one cc.
