The time will vary significantly from over the under the muscle.  If you go over the muscle you will look good and feel good in five to seven days. If you go under the muscle it will take anywhere from three to six months for them to settle down into the pocket.

Breast augmentation results take a little bit of time to settle.  Initially you will be swollen and things may look distorted and high.  Once the swelling settles you will need to wait for the implants to settle.  In general, it takes good 3 months for the breasts to fully settle and finalize
