Inspira implant cost: Why are they more expensive than others?

Pricing really depends on the surgeon, facility, and other factors. However, in general, silicone implants tend to cost more than saline primarily because implant manufacturers price them as such. Inspira implants are silicone which is why they're more expensive as well. In Toronto, ON prices range from $8500 - $9500. 

Inspira implants are the latest implants by Allergan and are a little more expensive as they are supposed to be better than the previous line (Natrelle).  At our clinic, however, we have one fee for all silicone breast implants.
