Had BA 6 weeks ago, got 415cc Natrelle Inspira TRF unders & since day 1 feel too small, I was clear with fotos of look I wanted but not achieved it & thinking of revision @ 6months to 500cc or more. Ps said he would do revision at minimal cost but is happy with my results & expressed concern that for my frame any bigger would result in more side boob & roundness he doesnt like, I never asked for natural look. I am 5 9" 130lbs. Im a tall girl, I think I could handle the extra ccs.

Answer: Will revision to 500cc or more be too big for my frame? Unhappy w/ 415cc result-not the look I asked for, PS is satisfied. Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs and stated goals, my best guess would be that you will be able to accommodate larger breast implants several months from now. Unfortunately, despite your good description of goals, online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures and direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers. I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to revisionary breast augmentation surgery concerns) helps.

Answer: Can you always get what you want from breast implants? Not always You have a very nice result and have maxed out what width implant your body can handle. Since you can't go wider in the same profile, the only way to go "bigger" is to go higher profile and this will give you a look that is NOT like the goal pics you show. What you will get is more of a fake buldging upper pole that is especially not seen in your second goal photo. My rec would be to leave it alone and understand that this is as good as it gets for your body without going to a fake look.
