Yes, liposuction can remove the excess fat in that area. This can easily be done as an awake procedure in the office.

Lower back and sacral fat tissue is the area that liposuction works the best. I would also suggest a reshaping gluteal area with fat transfer.

Hi dear , you have to medically evaluated , we have to deduce and investigate with the corresponding medical analyzes if that can be solved with lipo but don't worry, according to your photos it can be solved with Lipo. Just that you need to be evaluated.

Some people have subcutaneous fat over their sacrum or lower back and others don’t.

If this has been growing then it may be a benign fat tumor called a lipoma.

If it’s a lipoma it’s better treated by doing direct surgical excision.

If it’s simply subcutaneous fat then Liposuction is the best treatment.

I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.

Understanding the history or the rate of change could impact how it’s treated.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, a well circumscribed soft tissue mass is present in the lower post-sacral areaThis painless mass apparently has been present for some time but is demonstrating recent growth.As the "mass" of the lower back is well circumscribed and chronic in nature, it appears to be a fat repository and is most likely benign. However, as recent growth is reported, a biopsy of the tissue is required, but the index of suspicion is low. Liposuction will remove the fatty tissue with minimal scarring. The specimen should be submitted to pathology for microscopic evaluation.Best wishes...
