These small "scabs"  likely represent spitting sutures that are causing some delayed healing. Make an appointment to be evaluated by your plastic surgeon, and he/she can take a look and remove any suture material that your body is "spitting" out. This is not uncommon.After the sutures are removed, I have my patients apply some Bacitracin ointment and a Band-Aid, and within a few days these areas will heal on their own. Thanks for sharing, and call your plastic surgeon when you get a chance.
