What are the best ways to conceal a wound vac after a tummy tuck? Any advice on how to expedite healing?

Thank you for your question.  I am sorry to hear of your tummy tuck wound complication and do hope that you are able to heal quickly after placement of your VAC.  The Vac works by creating suction to a piece of foam placed within your wound which tends to not leave you with a noticeable bulge or cosmetic deformity.  That said this suction is created through a tube applied to the foam that runs to a small air pump that you can wear around your neck or over your shoulder for comfort.  It is about the size of a medium sized purse.  You may be able to place it into a larger purse to hide it but other than that it will be something that can be seen.  Hope this helps.
