Is it safe for me to get a BBL with Pulsatile Tinnitus?

Question

I hear whooshing and my heartbeat in my ears sometimes. I'm 28, don't have high blood pressure, I do have a small lump in head that is movable but cant see with the naked eye.

There are many possible causes of pulsatile tinnitus, but they all stem from circulation issues.  Did your PCP refer you to a cardiologist for an exam and screenings for possible circulation problems? Your board certified plastic surgeon will likely request clearance from the specialist who is treating you in determining if you are a good candidate for a BBL.

Tinnitus is a condition that is usually evaluated and treated by your primary care doctor and/or ENT specialist. I do not see the reason why you should not have BBL once the cause of tinnitus is cleared. Good luck.

Some plastic surgeons have a background in ear nose and throat surgery. Perhaps one of those will answer your question.The question is really not one for plastic surgeons to answer.
