I hear whooshing and my heartbeat in my ears sometimes. I'm 28, don't have high blood pressure, I do have a small lump in head that is movable but cant see with the naked eye.

It depends on the texture of your butt before surgery. If it is squishy before surgery then it generally becomes firmer after surgery.
