What can I do about my fupa bikini area I did extended tummy tuck and now all puffed up when can I lipo and how much will it cost me i need lipo to bikini stomach love handles back and bra line and why does this happen my dr told me to wait 3 mo and I did it is still the same even more puffy then before and looks so large tooo I'm so disappointed with my dr for not answering me what should I do regardless can I go ahead with lipo and will it fix my bikini area for good it just looks so wide and puffy

Hi there. It is difficult to tell from the photos but it does seem you have a some persistent swelling and puffiness at your surgical site. Your surgeon should have talked to you about the limited results that can be achieved with the amount of fat and tissue you have. 
For patients with your body type, I recommend a period of weight loss to maximize results. I then stage the surgery, with the first part being liposuction. The second stage is the tummy tuck. This allows me to be more aggressive with tummy tuck and achieve a better overall contour. 
At 3 months, the majority of the swelling should be resolved. Sometimes you can have persistent swelling if there are problems with lymphatic drainage, and massage can help this problem. To really address your surgical questions of what can be done to fix this, you would need to be examined in person.

never do another surgery until the issues with the first are resolved.  it takes 6-12 months for swelling to go away in the suprapubic area be patient

Thank you for your question and photos. You should expect to have swelling for three to six months following tummy tuck surgery. Use of a properly fitted compression garment will help decrease the length and severity of the post-operative swelling. As the swelling decreases, the contour of your abdomen, flanks, and hips will dramatically improve. Please follow your plastic surgeons specific advice regarding your level of physical activity. I would wait several more months to see how things heal and to see if some of what you are seeing is swelling. If it is not swelling, then perhaps liposuction or skin excision might be helpful.
