Answer: Mons reduction A mons pubis reduction might be in order. You may require liposuction as well as direct excision of tissue. Best to be seen in person.

Answer: Pubic area puffiness 2 years after tummy tuck. What is it? You ask a question about a very common issue seen after a tummy tuck. Many women who need a tummy tuck have extra fat and skin in the pubic area, which gives it a "puffy" appearance. This issue can be even more noticeable in patients that are overweight or who have lost a significant amount of weight. It is something that should be diagnosed and addressed with the patient prior to the tummy tuck. Unfortunately, it is missed in many patients. When I evaluate a patient for a tummy tuck, I always look at this area. If it does indeed have that "puffy" appearance, I will tell the patient that she will need either liposuction of the pubic area (which I do pretty much on all tummy tucks) or liposuction combined with a monsplasty. This is when the excess skin of the pubic area is cut out and then lifted upwards using deep buried stitches. Doing a combination of these things will eliminate the problem. From the looks of your pictures you can certainly be helped. It appears that this area was not treated during your original tummy tuck 2 years ago. You will likely need both liposuction and a monsplasty. Be sure to choose a board certified Plastic Surgeon for your surgical care.
