Hi, I’m a 21 (M) who is 7 weeks post op of a circumferential tummy tuck. I was just wondering if it’s possible to have a monsplasty with liposuction later on? I didn’t have liposuction of the mons during this procedure and my public area looks still very fatty + perhaps still a bit lax even though it’s been slightly lifted.

Answer: Liposuction of mons pubic after abdominoplasty
Based on your concerns and submitted photo liposuction alone may not be enough as you would likely be left with too much skin laxity. For you a combination of skin removal as well as liposuction should give you an improved, flatter mons area.
Yes, you can have liposuction of the mons area to decrease the fullness that concerns you. It will not tighten the skin much, but the bulge will be addressed. Because it is a small area you may be a candidate to have the procedure under local anesthesia.
Based on your photos and concerns a monsplasty for you would improve the area somewhat. Liposuction would address the fullness and there would be a scar involved representing the lifted mons and skin removal. The result would be a smoother mons area. The abdomen would remain essentially as is.
