Hello I would like to know if my body would qualify for a BBL and Lipo 360, I also plan on getting my arms and chin done as well. I would like feed back from doctors to see if my body would be a good candidate. I am 27 years old, I’m on 5 ft and weigh about 190lbs. I know my BMI is about 37 and needs to get lowered. I am overweight but I don’t have saggy skin. Do I have to lose more weight in order to have a successful procedure with good results?

Answer: My recommendation Hello darling, Yes, you nede to lose around 35-40 pounds before surgery, after that we can analyze how your body is and we can decide if you only need lipo + BBL or if you gonna need a Tummy Tuck. Make sure you go on a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks! Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Should I lose more weight to get a BBL and lipo 360? (Photo) A BMI of 35 is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for this procedure. Losing 20 pounds or more and holding that weight constant for 3 months prior to surgery would decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance final results. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. Discuss a weight loss and exercise program with your PCP to help you reach your weight goal.
