What is the longest lasting chin filler?

Hi, I'm planning on getting a chin implant in the future, but I'd like to get an idea of how it'd look without the major commitment. I'd like to know what's the longest lasting filler. I'm hoping for it to last a year or 2. Thank you

Bellafill which is a synthetic filler which is 80% Collagen and 20% PMMA microspheres which not absorbed into the body or metabolized.  The microspheres stimulate the body to generate its own natural collagen to encapsulate PMMA  microspheres. It has been studied and retains its effect for over 5 years.

​I find that VASER liposuction in combination with Renuvion or ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with Thermage/Ultherapy/Exilis, TruSculpt iD, or Coolsculpting. While a variety of products can be used for non-surgical chin augmentation, Voluma tends to work the best. Typically 1-2 syringes are required and produce a dramatic improvement. The persistence of Voluma is approximately 18-24 months in this area.

The longest lasting filler is not a HA filler. Radiesse is a hydroxyappetite filler (material derived from bone). It lasts 2hrs and then creates collagen that it leaves in it's place. 
This treatment is extremely successful but requires skilled hands.

Great question and very smart way of addressing the chin area before doing permanent implant. So there are several fillers that can be used but my personal experience id that voluma works best for that area. Now the company claims it can last upto 2 years but after the first injection I see that it does wear out faster and if we add more later on it will last little longer (no science behind all this). Either way you should have a decent effect for 18 months at least. Good luck and again great way of fixing chin issues before the implant.

Bellafill is the longest lasting which lasts about 5 years. However, there is a much greater patient satisfaction with voluma which lasts between 1 - 2 years. Consult in person with an experienced and expert physician injector to understand your options.

Bellafill is the longest lasting FDA approved facial filler. It is a combination of 80% bovine collagen and 20% PMMA microspheres. PMMA is a permanent filler. Because this hybrid product has an absorbable component – bovine collagen – several treatment sessions are necessary to achieve final results. But the final results are permanent. 
  
So a series of Bellafill injections could be performed instead of a permanent chin implant.

I prefer HA fillers, like Voluma. It can last for upto 18 months + if placed along the bone. Fee 1 syringe $800...

lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face.It is difficult to make an assessment without a
formal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles. However, I hope the information provided here is useful..Personally I exclusively use hyaluronic acid fillers. This is because they are reversible if the desired results are not achieved or in the rare case of an adverse event such as occlusion. Of the hyaluronic acid fillers, I prefer Voluma in the chin because it provides the best projection and will last the longest.Please consult with a doctor for specific
