Hello,It would appear that, when your injector treated your chin, he/she may have inadvertently treated your "depressor anguli oris" (aka: DAO) muscle. This then allows for the uneven smile. We suggest returning to your injector so that they may evaluate you and make appropriate suggestions. Rather than waiting for this effect to wear off slowly over the next few months, it is possible to correct this by adding a very small amount to the opposite DAO muscle so that you have symmetry at the very least. If this is not what you desire, the negative effects will wear off as suggested.
However, on balance, if the weakness is only visible in certain poses, I might recommend simply letting the bad treatment wear off. Radio frequency treatments is not going going to soften this but it will thin your wallet. Juvederm can be adjusted with hyaluronidase, an injectable enzyme. There is no substitute for a personal consultation.
If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have the Juvederm reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Botox results can be soften with venus legacy treatments. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
I suggest returning to the person who performed your treatment to have it corrected. A little Botox on the other side can restore symmetry to your smile as you wait for the results to wear off.
Thank you for the pictures. If you have given the product at least two weeks you can ask your injector to use a product (hyaluronidase) to remove Juvederm. Best wishes
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Fillers that are soft like belotero, restylane refine/silk, juvederm volbella can be used in this area, however, some of this is because of the fillers you already have and do you have botox in your chin?? You need facial resurfacing, microneedling and long term peels to improve lines around ...
