I have a large bulging varicose vein under my eye. It looks as if I have a black eye. I've seen a procedure done on tv where they tie up or stitch the vein, make a tiny incision and remove the vein. What type of doctor or specialist would be able to perform this procedure?

Veins under the eyes can be safely removed with laser treatments. It is very important that you undergo treatment with a board-certified vein expert with years of experience. The eye area is delicate and only a laser expert should attempt to treat veins in this area.
