I had Restylane Lyft placed in high lateral cheek bones. Loved the results but it wore off too fast. Any suggestions? Age 36

Additionalnfillers that can be placed include Juvederm Voluma or Vollux. These are great fillers, but which type of filler used depends on one’s volume loss and skin laxity, as well as being male vs female. Filler placed in cheeks can generally last 18 months to 24 months, but again, depends on one’s metabolism and the type of product placed. If you happen to metabolize through filler quickly, then there is nothing that can be done to make filler last longer.
