The crease may soften with time.  This may either be the result of the faja, swelling, or the result of liposuction.  Swelling following liposuction can persist for up to 6 months or longer.  Swelling after surgery can produce lumps and may be normal.  As the swelling goes down, this may improve.  Continue to follow up with your PS.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Due to swelling and creation of folds on garment these creases/grooves are very frequent. One of the ways to avoid it is to use foam or hard liposuction board in the anterior abdomen. Keep stretching and pulling your garment all the time to avoid folds. Lumpiness is normal reaction of fat tissue to "injury" of liposuction; lumps and irregularities will go away in several months. Early postoperative massage, ultrasound massage, vacuum rollers and prolonged use of garment are ways to control it and improve overall result. Low salt diet, no spices and MSG (Asian food) helps with controlling swelling and ultimately scarring. Good luck.

Yes, it should disappear. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
