I have a hole in my Incision is a little red and some yellow pus is coming out my scar is complete heal only this hole is taking longer . Today my doctor give me antibiotics again for 10 days. I should worry about this ??

Although it is not very common after a tummy tuck, sometimes wounds do occur. There is some mild redness but nothing very significant from your pictures. It can be concerning from your standpoint, but do not worry about this. Your surgeon has seen you and given you a plan for improvement. I would see you back in about a week or 2 to make sure that the wound starts closing. Follow up with your surgeon and you should heal fine.

Dear mariaf2018,this type of wound is not uncommon after tummy tuck. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. It is very common to have some delayed wound healing after an abdominoplasty.  Ultimately, your issue will heal up just fine with the antibiotics and the local wound care your PS has recommended.  Hope this helps and good luck!

There is no need to worry about these findings. Instead, just follow your doctors instructions with care of the suture line. Be patient and I suspect this area will ultimately heel very well.

Thank you for your question and picture.  It appears as if you have a small suture abscess causing a local wound dehiscence.  I would continue to follow up with your operative plastic surgeon and follow his or her advice.  These things usually heal fine on their own after several weeks.  Make sure you stay in touch with your operative surgeon so that they can guide you through this process. Yes it could be a sign of many possibilities. You need in person with your surgeon at least 2 to 3 times a week. Maybe irrigation of the drainage site. Plus other options. If you need seek in person paid second opinions from boarded PSs in Miami.

Thank you for the pictures. Your surgeon is doing what I would have my patient do- start on antibiotics to help reduce chance of infection. Keep an eye on this area daily. You do not want area to get larger. Be very careful lifting, pulling, tugging, and moving around- this can cause area to open up as well. Hopefully area keeps getting smaller- a small scab starts to form and you will heal up nicely. Keep in close contact with your surgeon. Good luck!

After a tummy tuck it is very normal to see these kind of wounds. I can assure you that if your doctor has already seen you and recommended the antibiotics, then that's all you need. 
Do not worry since (believe it or not) stress can slow down your healing process. Follow your doctor's instructions and please, do not manipulate the wound.

Hello,,
The holes of this kind do happen after any surgery specially after Tummy tuck.Yellow color fluid some times is caused by melting of fat at he margins of the wound that is being closed .
It takes long time to heal but still at least once  you should visit your surgeon and take his advise.
