I’m currently 200lbs 5’6 and I have been working out recently lost a little bit of weight 15lbs and I’m still on my journey to losing more but I would really like a curvy shape hour glass for my body type I have always been very wide and after having kids I have excessive skin hanging I really want to get a new shape and be on the flat side for once i feel so uncomfortable sometimes anyway any suggestions please share I will show you a wish pic of what I like we all different

congrats on the weight loss! Generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a tummy tuck, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. Your BMI should be at least 30. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for a tummyu tuck along with liposuction and BBL. I would recommend you to lose a few more pounds to get as close to your goal weight as possible. The closer you are to your ideal weight the better your results will be.That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

With a BMI of 32.3 you are certainly on the right track to having a safe and successful TT and BBL.  Losing additional pounds will enhance results and reduce the risks of complications during and after surgery.  A TT addresses both the loose skin and the full length of the abdominal wall which includes repair of the muscles to give a nice, flat youthful contour to the abdomen.  The TT also creates a more youthful belly button.  Liposuction, along with the BBL, will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas (stomach, thighs, back) and also result in a waist as small as possible.  A smaller waist may make the buttocks more conspicuous, but definition will not change.Recommend that you have the lipo and BBL performed first; about six months later, have the TT.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. For safety and recovery reasons, it is not advisable to combine these procedures. You can divide these procedures in two sessions, six months apart (it is best if you have liposuction and the BBL first to take advantage of the extra fat, and then the tummy tuck, to get rid of the extra skin, if necessary). It is important that you reach your goal weight before surgery.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back, arms, thighs, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thank you for your photos and question. The recommended BMI prior to an elective surgery is less than 30 to reduce your rate of complications during surgery and optimize your results. A tummy tuck can be done later to treat the loose skin and tighten the abdominal muscles.Fat can be harvested from different areas of your body for the transfer. It is best to be evaluated in person for proper evaluation and treatment options.
Seek a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

Your BMI (body mass index weight in kg. / square of height in meters) is 32.28 (you can find body mass index calculators on the internet). This is in the obese category. We have found that if your BMI is > 30, the cosmetic result will be less than optimal and if > 35, there is increased operative risk.If you are comfortable with your present weight, you may consider BBL but if you are able to drop 10 lbs. prior to surgery, it may improve the cosmetic result.Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.Best wishes...
