How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal.
My recommendation is that you find an ASPS board certified surgeon in your area who specializes in the BBL, and set up an in person consult. An in person consult with an an ASPS board certified surgeon is the only way to determine the best route for your body and your goals. It is all about designing the perfect plan for You. It depends on the procedure designed for you and also has to do with your genetics and how well you heal Good luck, please let us know how it goes.-Dr. Constantino Mendieta
Thank you for your question. In your case you will need a tummy tuck procedure along with liposuction to your waist and back and brazilian butt lift to provide a 360 degree improvement in order to get a flat abdomen and to maximize feminine curves. A tummy tuck will flatten the abdomen, cinch in the waist, and remove excess fat and skin from the lower abdomen. Liposuction to the back and waist will give you a lean appearance and accentuate the hour glass figure. This along with the brazilian butt lift would really accentuate your figure. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
You are a good candidate for a brazillian butt lift. You have enough fat for harvest, & subsequent transfer which will help you achieve an hourglass figure. However, for a flat tummy, lipo alone will not help you achieve the results you are looking for. You would need a tummy tuck to address the loose skin below the umbilicus, with or without muscle repair.
To be completely honest with you, I think a flat stomach is an unrealistic expectation. I think you'd be disappointed if that was your intention going into surgery. Go ahead with a BBL, but anticipate the need for a tummy tuck later on to obtain an ideal contour.
Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist.Liposuction removes fat. There are certain types of liposuction i.e. laser and u/s that can tighten the skin, but there is a limit and it is modest tightening. Based on the photos, it looks like you have loose skin and some tummy muscle separation that after the liposuction will remain. Therefore, I think the liposuction will reduce the size of your tummy significantly; it will not completely flatten your tummy.I hope that helps! Best of Luck!Matthew J. Hi and thanks for the question and photos. You will definitely have a flatter stomach (abdomen area) if liposuction is done to this area to harvest fat for BBL. Best of Luck - Dr. Hardy...
I would recommend having the BBL done first and then reassess the need for a tummy tuck. BBL will help you achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape.
After liposuction with a BBL, your abdomen will be a lot smaller and flatter than it is right now. It will not be totally flat as you have loose excess skin and possibly muscle diastasis. You will need a tummy tuck at the same time as or after the BBL to get the result that you want.
Hi, thanks for sharing your case and photos with us!In your case you are candidate to get, entire back and waist liposuction, with tummy tuck, becasue you have extra skin and your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.have a nice day! :)
Your faja should be tight but not causing you pain. please check with your surgeon or his medical team for guidance. Good luck, please let us know how it goes. -Dr. Constantino Mendieta
Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for moderate transfer. This procedure will help you achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
Hello dear! Thanks for the photo and question.Based on your pic it seems a H. But, it's a quality that doesn't have too much importance in performance a BBL, if you have enough fat and you're healthy.I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about y...
