I'm having BBL surgery this month was wondering how difficult it was going to be to achieve great results

From your photos it seems that you have an H shape. Everyone has different body shapes which ultimately will determine your results. Try to find someone who is your relative height, weight, and body shape then look at their results. That would be the best way to imagine what you would look like with having had a BBL. It may be an H, but this has very little impact on the result in my experience. There are many other factors.
