Post BBL, my faja feels like it's cutting into me is it ever okay to take it off to sleep at all. I am in pain.

Your faja should be tight but not causing you pain. please check with your surgeon or his medical team for guidance.  Good luck, please let us know how it goes.

If the garment is too tight then you should discuss this with your surgeon. He may want you to wear a different one.

Hello dear!Thanks for the question.Certainly, the faja is very important in the healing process, but one thing is to be thigh enough so you get good results, and another thing is to be in so much pain that feels is cutting you.I recommend you to talk with your doctor about it, and in the meantime change the faja to a bigger size that allows you to sleep.Good luck :)
