How can I get rid of the extra skin. I'm only 23 , is my skin elasticity goood ? When does the skin tightens on its own. My stomach is also wrinkly

If you have extra skin you should think about getting a tummy tuck in the future, liposuction only can help you to get rid of fat and reduce measurements of your body, not skin. Besides that, I recommend you to use your garment tight enough for at least 6 months.

Thank you for your question and pictures.  Unfortunately, it seems like your elasticity is not that good.  And this is more evident by the stretch marks on your lower abdomen.  This is why the skin is wrinkled and there is a pouch.  Luckily, this can all be fixed with a Tummy Tuck.

Thank you very much for your question and photos and congratulations on your procedure. Unfortunately Lipo alone doesn't always achieve a flat stomach. Lipo does not treat excess skin and it only gets rid of sub-cuteanes fat that is under the skin. Visceral fat that is under our abdominal muscles cannot be liposuctioned. Your skin elasticity is probably good because of your age, but I it is not good enough to produce the skin tightness you are looking for. Lipo of the tummy will always leave skin behind. Some lipo technologies and may help skin get tighter after lipo but they do not avoid a Tummy Tuck on patients that really need one. In essence, if you wanted a flatter tummy with tighter skin, a TT with with Muscle Repair was your best option. Some patients have muscle wall separation even without having pregnancies. In these cases Muscle Repair is a must for a flat tummy. Muscle repair tightens the abdominal wall and is very important in producing a flat tummy. This procedure can be safely combined with a BBL as well.You can still have a TT done eventually when you fully heal if your feel you want to get rid of the excess skin. Appears as you had excess skin therefore the result of winked abdominal skin were predictable. After 3 months haling you can be re evaluated for possible skin only TT.
