Answer: Mid-Facelift Might be Good Choice While it is difficult to tell from the photo you included, it appears the treatment you are looking for is a mid-facelift. This surgery raises the cheek to a more youthful position while redefining the midface. The treatment also addresses skin laxity to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and hollowing. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person and design a customized surgical plan that meets your needs perfectly.

Answer: Eyelid surgery To achieve your desire result a mid face lift would be your best option. It would pull the cheek pad upward and lateral to give more support to the lower eyelid and help cover the orbital rim.
