It is very difficult to evaluate degree and a cause of asymmetry of your eyes. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or occuloplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Thank you for your questions and your photo (although grainy). I would suggest that if you like the look of your eye when it is bruised and swollen then just get into bar fights on a regular basis and leave your eyes exposed, much cheaper than plastic surgery options......just kidding of course....
