Would a lower blepharoplasty be a better option than filler?

the surgery option is a better long term result. The extra skin removal coupled with fat removal or redistribution will enhance the look of your eyes.

You must repeat your treatment every few months to maintain your refreshed appearance. At your age, this process can become quite expensive. Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery takes care of the problem in a single procedure, with results that are very long lasting. I agree that for you, blepharoplasty may be the most economic approach. Make sure the plastic surgeon you choose for your procedure is board certified and experienced in surgical techniques to ensure the best possible result. 

You have mild hollowing of the lower lids with some early fat prolapse.  This is best treated with HA filler, especially in a young person.   It will smooth out the area and should last  1-2 years.

Excess skin and removal or reshaping of the fat therefore smooth’s the contour between the lower eyelid and the cheeks.  This surgery can be performed under Local Anaesthetic. For this surgery, your cosmetic surgeon will discuss the suitability of the procedure and anaesthetic with you. However, you do not seem to have an excess skin to take. As you are on the younger side, you best route at this moment in time, is filler. Hi,First and most importantly, a physical examination is necessary to determine your candidacy for either fillers or surgery. Next, the eyes must be in a neutral gaze - when looking up, the "eye bags" are actually pushed out and it can exaggerate their appearance. Having said all that, based on the lack of eye bags, especially with upward gace, you are likely not a surgery candidate and will do well with fillers. Make sure to see an expert in both injectable treatments and surgery so they can fairly assess your needs and give you the best treatment options.Best,  

You absolutely need a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing and possibly a small amount of filler put in your tear troughs, or your own fat.  This is not aging, this is your family genetics. You have familial lower bags that cannot be camouflaged by tons of filler. Aconsultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who does all of the above is in order. Forget all filler.

You manifest mild infraorbital hollowing and are best treated nonsurgically with HA filler or fat transfer, for example. No surgery needed, especially at your age. Injections can be performed most safely with microcannulas.
