Hi, I am a 30year women and I am concerned with my under eyes. I have been told that due to my age that lower blepharoplasy may be a better option than filler. Any advice would be much appreciated. I am UK based so any recommendations of any good surgeons wold also be really helpful. Many thanks

Answer: Lower lid fat You have mild hollowing of the lower lids with some early fat prolapse. This is best treated with HA filler, especially in a young person. It will smooth out the area and should last 1-2 years.

Answer: Lower Eyelid Surgery Thank you for your question!Lower eyelid surgery aims to address the bags under the eyes. Excess skin and removal or reshaping of the fat therefore smooth’s the contour between the lower eyelid and the cheeks. This surgery can be performed under Local Anaesthetic. For this surgery, your cosmetic surgeon will discuss the suitability of the procedure and anaesthetic with you. However, you do not seem to have an excess skin to take. As you are on the younger side, you best route at this moment in time, is filler. For further advice, consult with the Certified Board of Plastic Surgeons to learn more about the possibilities. Good luck!
