I currently have deep tear troughs due to a lack of volume (related to a previous history of sinus/sleep issues). I recently tried fillers to fill the volume, the results were an improvement (see photos below) however i'm still unhappy the appearance of my eye area. Would I be a suitable candidate for infraorbital rim implants? I'm not positive that volume is still the issue, but something about my eyes is off putting, perhaps would bhleroplasty be more suitable? Thank you in advance :)

Thank you for your question and photo! Depending on the degree and longevity of results you are looking for from a procedure, you have both surgical and non-surgical options. I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that is willing to discuss all your options available...
It would be inaccurate to give an assessment without personal consultation. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical options.
