Am I a good candidate for infraorbital rim implants? (Photos)

Question

I currently have deep tear troughs due to a lack of volume (related to a previous history of sinus/sleep issues). I recently tried fillers to fill the volume, the results were an improvement (see photos below) however i'm still unhappy the appearance of my eye area. Would I be a suitable candidate for infraorbital rim implants? I'm not positive that volume is still the issue, but something about my eyes is off putting, perhaps would bhleroplasty be more suitable? Thank you in advance :)

Infraorbital rim implants can be helpful but there are more invasive than filler with different risks and limitations. Best to have personal evaluation to determine risks and realistic goals.

It is far to say that the volumetric effects of infraorbital rim implants are more significant than injectable fillers. The key in infraorbital rim implants for deep tear troughs is that they must saddle the infraorbital rim and add vertical height not just horizontal projection This is best done by a custom design approach. They will also help the downward lateral slope of the lower eyelid which may be the feature you also find aesthetically bothersome.
