im really trying to avoid buccal fat pad removal even tho it would change my life because when i dont close my jaw my face is much slimmer however when i close it my face looks super full, with time of injecting dysport into my masseter muscle can i see my face changing or it wont really make a difference and i should go with buccal fat pad removal? in both pics by the way i have not had anything done to my full face

It is likely that it was the Restylane, and no the Dysport, that left the bump under your eyes. The enzyme will break down the hyaluronic acid present in the Restylane but will not affect the Dysport. It is possible that you may need a bit more hyaluronidase injected if you still have the bump....
