I just got a Dysport injection to my frown lines. I want to get laser resurfacing or microneedling in some 1.5 months. Can laser resurfacing or microneedling negatively affect the Botox result, like, last less? Should I just avoid treating the areas of frown lines whatsoever for Botox to last longer?

Answer: Dysport and Laser Resurfacing Hi, You absolutely may have Laser Resurfacing 1 month post Dysport. Dysport will fully settle in about 10-14 days, so it's safe to proceed with other treatments any time after that. I think it's a great idea to combine injectables with resurfacing treatments for the optimal result. Good luck.
