What is the difference between lipo 360 & lipo HD?

Hello and thank you for your question. Some of these terms are just marketing tools and are aimed to charge you more or get patients in. Both are liposuction. Liposuction HD refers to the ability to perform superficial liposuction to give patients a more sculpted look. Make sure your surgeon is board-certified. Pay attention to  their online reviews and see many before and after pictures of their work. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best,

Based on your photo, you seem to be a great candidate for high definition liposuction. The difference between HD Lipo and 360 Lipo is the emphasis on highlighting the body’s natural definition that is hidden under layers of fat. 360 Lipo focuses on removal of fat around the torso but without a specific focus on defining the underlying muscle architecture. After an in-person examination to look at your skin quality, laxity and fat distribution, your board certified plastic surgeon can go over your options.
