Am I a candidate for liposuction? What is my body shape type?

Based off your photos you would be a great candidate for lipo 360 which could help in giving you more of an hourglass figure. I would suggest getting to your goal weight first then going through with the liposuction to shape your waist. I definitely recommend doing an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and who can suggest what is needed.

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. normal BMI,  they have stubborn areas of adiposity that
they can't get rid of despite adequate diet and exercise, and have a good skin
tone with no significant stretch marks. It is important to keep in mind that
liposuction is not a weight loss surgery, and is more of a tool to re-shape the
body. After liposuction, you should continue to have a healthy life style with
balanced diet and exercise to maintain your body weight.  I would

Ideal candidates for liposuction are at or near their ideal weight and will have good skin elasticity. The procedure is intended to remove stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to regular exercise, so the skin does need to be able to smooth back into place after the procedure is complete. It is also recommended that the procedure be performed on non-smokers, especially since smoking can damage the skin.Liposuction of the waist with fat transfer to the hips can dramatically change body proportions in the right candidates.  Having a BMI of 34.5 will decrease the probability of obtaining enhanced results from the lipo and could increase the risks of complications during and after the surgery.

Despite of these photos it is impossible to evaluate your underlying body shape because of your high BMI. Only when you reduce your body weight to a BMI of 25 or close to it, one could give you a more meaningful answer. Good luck.

For safety reasons, you need to get closer to your goal weight. At that time consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn what options are available to you. You may find that you are a better candidate for a tummy tuck than liposuction in order to get the best results. Good luck.

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a liposuction, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
