I went out to dance with my friends last night. No grinding or anything. Some room. People bumped me from behind. I had my hands and arms up for some songs and shaked my hips. I didn't drink any alcohol. Is this okay? I feel like my bra wasn't supportive enough since my breasts felt a little sore from movement.
Answer: Dancing After Breast Augmentation If you do not see any change in appearance of your breasts following dancing, I think you are more than likely fine. If anything has changed about the way they look, please contact your surgeon. All the best!

Answer: Your implants should be fine, but try to avoid strenuous activities. Hi there, thanks for your question. Firstly, good choice on avoiding alcohol, as drinking can hinder your recovery process. While it seems like your implants should be fine, albeit a little sore, it’s best to try to avoid any strenuous activity such as dancing for 4 to 6 weeks after your breast augmentation. I would recommend checking in with your plastic surgeon to make sure your healing process is on track and to ask him or her when you might be able to reintroduce various levels of activities into your regular routine.

Answer: I went dancing 2 weeks post-op and my breasts are al little sore now-- how will this affect my silicone implants? If you are posting this type of question you best call your chosen operative surgeon. Also you should have taken it slightly easier. Usually this type of potential activity is usually ok after 3 to 4 weeks....

Answer: I went dancing 2 weeks post-op and my breasts are al little sore now-- how will this affect my silicone implants? Congratulations on your breast augmentation. From your description it is unlikely that she damaged her implants. I considered two weeks still in the early recovery phase and would suggest less vigorous activity for another week or two.

Answer: Should be fine In my experience, early after breast implant surgery involving the pectoralis muscle, it's similar to an athlete who tries to get back to training early after a muscle injury. The simple repetitive movement and stretch of the arm aggravates the inflammation of the healing process in the muscle. As long as there is no rapid expansion due to bleeding, you should be fine. Hope that's ehlpful.
