Will 475cc high profile look natural on me? I would like to achieve a size similar to the third pic
Answer: Natural High profile implants give more fullness in he upper pole of the breast, as if you are wearing a push-up bra. In my practice patients who want a more natural look will usually get moderate or anatomic implants. The volume or size depends on your breast measurements and cannot be determined from a photo. You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: Implant Size It is very difficult without assessing you in person to know if the implant size and profile you mentioned will be a good size for you. Keep in mind that implant size selection not only depends on your personal preference, but it also depends on your unique measurements. There are various types of implants that can help you attain the look you are going for. A thorough consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon will allow you to communicate what your desired result is and will inform you as to what is possible to achieve your goals. We have a device called the Vectra 3D imaging system that shows you what you will look like with any implant. Our patients are very happy with the choice of implant they make when using this system. To learn more about breast augmentation, you can read “A Comprehensive Guide to Breast Augmentation.

Answer: Breast implant sizing considerations An in-person examination will help determine what implant size is best for you. You have normal breast anatomy to begin with, so a well-planned augmentation should yield an excellent cosmetic result in your case.

Answer: Will 475cc high profile look natural on me? Based on the photos, it looks like the high profile 475 cc implants will fit you well. Of course, I am assuming that based on your breast dimensions, the implants are not too wide for you. Good luck!

Answer: Sizing tips Patients often think in terms of cup size when considering augmentation. Unfortunately, devices are sized in terms of milliliters (cc) of volume. This can lead to some confusion when sizing. Additionally, it is important to remember that cup size itself is not standardized with variations from one manufacturer to another. Unfortunately, as many women can attest their cup size in an industry leader such as VS is not necessarily transferable to another brand. Another point which is often under appreciated is that of anatomy and starting point. Any implant will add volume to the volume which is already present. The implant is additive. A particular volume will not necessarily confer the same cup size to different patients (often times it will not even confer the same cup size to different breasts in the same individual...remember they are "sisters" not "twins"). A general rule of thumb is that 125cc can represent somewhere between 1/2 to a full cup size increase. Smaller volume differentials (25-50cc) are typically less consequential representing a volume change of less than a shot glass. However, I have found these numbers, at least anecdotally, to be of little help. Patients often present with notions/goals which do not correlate with these sorts of sterile volumetric assessments. When sizing patients, there are a number of useful tools including: -3D imaging (has the added benefit of offering a volumetric analysis of the pre-operative breast) -Breast sizers (rice bags) -Goal photos I also recommend that patients commit to a particular look rather than a cup size. Once a patient settles on a look that pleases them the overall cup size increase becomes less relevant. With regards to your particular question, 475 cc is a large implant. However, depending upon your measurements this may (or may not) be reasonable. Remember "natural" means staying within your unique dimensions and erring on the side of subtlety i.e. moderate + (your wish picture is not "natural" by these standards). The quickest way to achieve the dreaded "fake" look is to exceed these dimensions. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
