I am day 4 post op implant exchange and anchor lift...the tip of my right nipple has been darker since surgery. Today it's even darker....it still feels soft like the rest of my nipple. My surgeon said it's prob just a bruise but I am very stressed it's neceosis..

At this point, the photos do not seem to indicate necrosis.  The tip of the nipple does have some scabbing, but the blood supply to the nipple and areola, based on color, seems OK.  If there are concerns, have your surgeon evaluate you in person.  Best Regards.

Best to see your operative surgeon tomorrow to examine the nipple area. Might just be bruising but only an in person look can give a better dx.

I think that you can relax; you are not dealing with a significant blood flow problem.  Differential diagnosis: bruising of the nipple tip or very small area of compromise of the nipple/areola complex blood supply.  Either away, long-term, you should go on to heal nicely. Best wishes.

Definitely is bruised.  It doesn't go to the bases of the nipple which is good.  Do you best to get your selling down.  I use arnica and anti-inflammatories routinely for my patients.
