Implant won’t drop. Is 8 weeks too early to think about a revision?

Your implant does seem to sit a bit higher on the right side. You may need a revision to drop this down a bit to match the crease on the left side, but it is still early days for you. It is worthwhile waiting for another couple of months or so at least, before you decide to have it revised. 

It is too early to conclude your results. You may still be experiencing persistent swelling and this affects your shape. Also, it takes a few months for your implants to settle. Give it time. It usually takes about 6 months to fully heal. Follow your surgeon's instructions carefully to prevent complications.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. Your plastic surgeon will be your best resource when it comes to accurate assessment and advice.
Having said that, it is not unusual for breast implants to settle at different rates. In other words, it may take 3 to 6 months before breast implants fully settle;  some breast asymmetry is quite common during this period.  It is also possible, for several reasons, that one or both breast implants do not completely settle.  One of these reasons may be that the pocket that was dissected can "close" off.    Again, best to follow up with your plastic surgeon for more specific assessment/advice.
