Implant won’t drop. Is 8 weeks too early to think about a revision?

Is 8 weeks to early to think about a revision, my right implant was always most painful tight and high! I LOVE the look of My left breast but my right implant won’t drop and my scar is smaller implant hasn’t fell into lower pole, 495cc TEXTURED so can’t massage, my nipples are now at different angles !!! I want m nipples to be more aligned
