Nose alar cartilage is very concave specially on the right side. The right side of my nose seems to have a dent by the tip on the lateral cartilages making it look narrow and somewhat asymmetrical. I had a septorhinoplasty for breathing problems but the tip of my nose had no work at all. What can be done in order to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.
