How much swelling can I expect after spreader graft removal?

The answer to this questions depends on whether the surgeon did more work than simply removing the spreader grafts.  If this was an isolated procedure, then there should be swelling for a few weeks that will slowly resolve.Contact your surgeon and he/she should provide a reasonable timeline of events to expect certain results.

Dear Mercer, It really depends on whether the surgeon simply removed the spreader grafts and left the rest of the nose untouched. Speak with your surgeon as he/she knows best what techniques were used and can advise you on post operative healing.
