Seems you are perfectionist and notice the left alar rim / nostril is slightly retracted if compared with the right one, which is according to the fact the left alar cartilage is notticeably smaller than the right one, uncertain if due to congenital reasons or after previous rhinoplasty.Yes, the alar cartilage can be reinforced on the left side so that the left nostrils lowers, keeping in mind it will never be identical to the right one.If you wish better grounded opinion well lit, focused and standard images have to be assessed: frontal, both lateral and both oblique views, also from underneath.Feel free to request any additional information from me.

While your nose has likely settled on your face at the 7 month mark, you are not fully healed until the 12-13 month mark and may experience subtle changes to your nose until then. Feel free to review your results with your board certified facial plastic surgeon, and discuss any laser touch-up treatments as an option.

Dear Juliet - you are right it is early days and you will not know the final result until about a year has passed. Your nostrils may be more symmetric then.  If not you can consider a composite graft to the inside of the left nostril to push the nostril rim down.  Your nasal tip looks just a little twisted.  This is difficult to correct but if possible might bring the left nostril more into alignment with the right.  You may have some tip cartilage position asymmetry too - it is unlikely that this can be fully corrected.  This surgery would be complex and probably would carry a bit too much risk for you.  Good luck.

A base view of your nose would be helpful but a small alar rim cartilage graft can be placed to lower your elevated nostril rim.

The nostril asymmetry can be improved.  Either one can be lowered or the other elevated.  Seek out an opinion from an experienced revision expert.  Best wishes.
