My nose tip is too narrow after a revision rhinoplasty, is there a way to add volume back? (Photos)

I had revision rhinoplasty a month ago to change out my nose implant for a smaller one, define my nose tip and fix my hanging columella. Now I feel like my nose looks too small and narrow for my face. From the front, my nose shape is more like a thin rectangle than the ideal triangle shape. When I smile, my nostrils have an odd shape - almost like MJ’s nose. It looks very unnatural. Is there a way to add volume back to my nose tip? Fillers? Grafts? How long do I need to wait for each option.
