I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago with bone breaking and bone graft 1 month after: the graft shifted and became totally crooked, underwent revision surgery that following week 3 months later: it started to shift again. and now after 2 years: it is extremely crooked and my nose looks flat and is no longer prominent ***I like everything else about my nose aesthetically The problem is the graft shifting Will getting a cartilage graft solve this problem? I don’t want to keep revising my nose with surgery ***
