Is 600cc enough to create a good size buttocks and hip area for someone my size? (photos)

Hello, thank you for your question. I have liposuctioned models and thinner patients with good results, but an exam would provide a better way to evaluate you for the procedure.  The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. People vary but 600 cc should be enough to make a big difference. This is assuming the 600 cc is the harvested fat after removal of the fluid. You and your board certified plastic surgeon will have to determine whether the fat harvest and transfer will provide a significant improvement.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. 600cc per cheek should give your good results. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

600 mL of fat per side is probably about the amount of fat that can be harvested from your torso and is fairly close to the ideal volume for your BBL.There are quite a few variables that have to be taken into consideration.For example when quoting measurements is it total fluid and fat output? Is it fat that has separated with sufficient amounts of time by gravity or centrifuge.An initial liter  of Liposuction aspirate may contain 90% fat(900)If you let the fat sit for 30 minutes this could change to 75%(750ml).   At two hours this could easily change to 60% fat(600ml). etc. How someone determines volume and and at what time measurements are made going to have a fairly big impact.My best guess is someone like you would probably have 750 mL of fat grafted per side as an average in my practice.Adding arms could contribute an additional 400 mL to 700 mL of fat. You have a sufficient amount of fat for a very nice result.
